Sommelier vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service and advice to guests in a professional, friendly and timely manner. They must have excellent product knowledge, be able to suggest food/wine pairings, and have the ability to recommend wines that meet the guests’ budget and taste.

Requirements:
• A minimum of two years of experience as a sommelier in a restaurant or high-end hotel setting
• Knowledge of French and Italian wines is essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• An understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages is preferred, but not required
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We are offering a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month for this position plus other benefits as per UAE labour law. We also welcome applications from foreign candidates who are eligible to work in UAE.
