The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging, with extensive experience in the field. They should also have a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as an understanding of radiation safety laws and regulations. The candidate should be comfortable working with sophisticated digital imaging equipment.

The primary responsibilities of the position include interpreting images to detect abnormalities, communicating results with other healthcare providers and patient families, preparing reports for physicians, performing interventional procedures such as biopsies and angiographies, and staying up-to-date on advances in the field.

The successful applicant must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. They must also have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
