HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing human resources initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are offering a salary of 1000 AED per month plus benefits. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop effective strategies to optimize performance and ensure compliance with labor laws. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. An understanding of current HR trends is also desired.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Designing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
• Developing recruitment plans and managing the recruitment process
• Managing employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary measures, and performance reviews
• Analyzing wages, salaries, benefits, working conditions, job classification systems, etc., to determine their effect on the company’s performance
• Monitoring employee performance in order to identify areas for improvement
• Conducting training sessions on various topics such as labor law compliance, diversity in the workplace, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
