Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for the successful recruitment, development, and retention of staff. You will oversee all aspects of the human resources department, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, as well as take part in strategic planning.

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary duties of the HR Manager include: overseeing recruitment activities; managing employee relations; administering employee benefits; handling employee grievances; ensuring compliance with local labor laws; preparing payroll processing and compensation plans; organizing training programs and performance appraisals; creating job descriptions; developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

No Experience Required

We are open to hiring a person with no experience for this position. However, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have multitasking abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
