We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant should be able to lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, as well as ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining customer relations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and management skills.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and service standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, developing marketing plans to increase customers’ loyalty, providing training to new staff members, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing the budget of the restaurant. Additionally, they should have the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

We are willing to consider an experienced professional or someone with no prior experience; however, you must demonstrate the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month plus benefits for this position.
