Restaurant Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, financials and food quality.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential. We are open to considering applicants with no experience who possess the necessary skillset and qualifications.

The successful applicant must be able to manage staff effectively to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. They should also have good knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Developing outstanding customer service standards
- Training and supervising staff
- Scheduling shifts and dealing with customer complaints

Salary: 1200 AED per month
