Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be able to balance customer satisfaction with cost control, while also providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

The successful applicant must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. A proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant is required, as well as experience in menu design, cost control, and customer service. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and be willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations including hiring and training staff, setting schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels, creating innovative menus, developing marketing plans and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for developing budgets, maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. The Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

Compensation

The salary offered is 900 AED per month plus benefits including vacation time off. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
