Restaurant Manager (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month. We are ready to consider applications from immigrants.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. In this role, you will manage staff, including hiring and training new employees; administer budgets; design menus; ensure all health and safety regulations are followed; and develop customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for marketing initiatives, ordering supplies, ensuring quality control of food preparation, and managing profitability.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem solving and decision making skills as well as experience in managing a restaurant or similar establishment. A hospitality management degree or relevant experience is preferred but not required. You should also be familiar with food safety standards and cost control techniques.
