Restaurant Manager Job, Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering immigrants.

Job Description:

• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant


• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff members


• Maximizing profit and meeting sales targets


• Manage stock levels and ordering of supplies as needed


• Ensure health and safety regulations are met


• Developing marketing strategies to attract customers


• Deal with customer complaints or issues

Requirements for Candidate:

< li > Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferable, however we will consider applicants with no experience
< li > Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
< li > Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets & Word documents
< li > Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
