We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi!

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively manage teams of sales professionals. They should also have a strong understanding of the market in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain and increase customer base
- Liaise with customers to ensure that their needs are met
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
- Monitor competitor activities and determine areas of improvement for the team
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in order to develop effective marketing strategies
- Manage budgets and other resources efficiently in order to maximize profits
- Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, customers, and partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
- 8+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership capabilities - Knowledge of the local market landscape and dynamics - Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Fluency in English is a must; Arabic language proficiency would be an asset - Must be authorized to work in Abu Dhabi
