Welder job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Welder to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding materials to exact specifications and ensuring that all welds meet quality standards.

This position offers a salary of 1700, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches that indicate the type of material required, the size and type of weld needed, as well as other instructions necessary for the job
• Prepare materials for welding processes
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
• Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment used in the welding process
• Follow strict safety rules while working with hazardous materials
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid problems
• Ensure that welds meet quality standards set by relevant codes and customer requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Welder or similar role
• Good understanding of different types of metals and their properties
• Working knowledge of at least one type of welding process such as GTAW, GMAW, FCAW or SMAW
• Ability to read technical plans and drawings accurately
• Excellent physical condition with good coordination skills
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving capabilities
