Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1600 AED per month

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies across all channels, including online, retail, and wholesale.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new customers and grow existing sales base
• Monitor business performance against targets and budgets
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee the recruitment, training and development of the sales team

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with customers quickly
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
