Office Assistant, Abu Dhabi


We are looking for an organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the position and no prior work experience is required. The salary offered is 1600.



Needs for the candidate:


The successful candidate will be expected to provide efficient administrative support in a wide range of tasks. They will maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that all office operations run smoothly. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing customer service, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming calls, updating databases and filing systems, and ensuring that all office supplies are up to date.



The Office Assistant must have excellent problem-solving skills and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. They should also have strong computer skills and be familiar with a range of software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, they must possess excellent organizational abilities with a proven track record of working well independently as well as part of a team.
