Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners


We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with computer software, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks. This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Answer telephones, take messages, and greet visitors
• Manage daily office operations such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies and organizing paperwork
• Complete general administrative tasks, such as filing documents, creating reports and tracking data
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Ensure all office areas are clean and well-maintained

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an office setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language
