Job Summary

The Personal Trainer will help clients reach their health and fitness goals by providing detailed instructions on how to exercise safely and effectively. This position requires both the ability to assess a client's fitness level and the ability to design a program tailored for that individual. The Personal Trainer will also be responsible for motivating clients and providing feedback about their progress.
