Secretary Vacancy in Doha


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill the role of Secretary at our office in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring efficient operation of the office.



Responsibilities:


• Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Maintain electronic filing systems.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Salary:

1100 per month.
