We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill the role of Secretary at our office in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Maintain electronic filing systems.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
1100 per month.
