Job Description

We are looking for a Mason in Doha with experience in tiling, bricklaying, plastering and other related tasks. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the principles of masonry, an eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. The Mason will be expected to complete projects safely and on time while following building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

The Mason will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks and stones to build walls, walkways, arches or other structures. They will also be responsible for mixing mortar, using trowels to spread the mortar on the bricks or blocks and ensure that they are placed correctly. Additionally, they may need to cut stone or bricks to make them fit in the desired shape or place metal ties to strengthen the structure. The Mason will be expected to use their skill and knowledge when repairing walls or existing structures.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in masonry-related tasks such as bricklaying, tiling, stonework and plastering. They should also have a relevant qualification or certification from a recognized institution as well as a good understanding of the local building regulations. Furthermore, they should be able to work with precision and accuracy as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The successful applicant will receive a salary of 1200 QR per month plus benefits such as medical insurance. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
