Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all food production operations, including menu development, recipe creation, kitchen staff management, and food cost control. The successful candidate will ensure the highest quality of ingredients are used in every dish and always adhere to health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
• Ability to develop creative menus that meet customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Salary & Benefits

This position offers a salary of 1400QAR with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation time, and end-of-year bonus. We are open to consider foreign candidates for this role.
