We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and take pride in their work. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the kitchen, including menu planning and development, budgeting, inventory management and staffing. This individual must have strong culinary skills and be highly knowledgeable in international cuisines.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and possess a degree or higher diploma in Culinary Arts. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential as is the ability to work well under pressure. The Executive Chef will ensure staff compliance with food safety standards and oversee all kitchen activities to ensure quality control. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem solving skills, be able to manage tight deadlines, motivate team members and meet cost objectives.
