The successful candidate will be required to oversee day-to-day operations, provide feedback to staff members, ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and manage customer relationships. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate others, and an understanding of budgeting and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as business management or operations management. Previous experience leading teams is essential to this role. Fluency in English is also essential for this position as well as a good understanding of local cultural practices.
