Land Surveyor (Riyadh)

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying and a valid driving license. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position. The salary for this position is 1700 Saudi Riyal per month.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct field surveys, analysis, and research to collect data relating to the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features for development projects
• Use survey instruments such as theodolites, total station equipment, GPS receivers and electronic distance-measuring equipment to measure angles and distances
• Prepare accurate topographic maps using data collected from field surveys
• Analyze survey results using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Maintain records of survey reports, maps, drawings and other related documents
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Assist with boundary disputes or litigation involving property rights.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in land surveying
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and practices • Excellent mathematical skills including trigonometry
• Familiarity with the use of survey instruments and tools such as theodolites and total station equipment • Valid Saudi driver’s license (for foreign applicants only)
