Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1100QAR/Month

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the work of staff is done efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor staff performance and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Resolve any issues or conflicts between staff members
• Create clear objectives for staff and ensure they are met
• Provide feedback to staff and increase their motivation
• Develop new systems or procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action where necessary
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
