Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with the recipes and standards set by the restaurant. This includes ordering ingredients, monitoring stock levels, managing food costs and leading a team of kitchen staff. The Chef should have knowledge of food hygiene standards and ensure that all regulations are being followed within the kitchen. They will also be responsible for developing menus, creating new recipes and ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a Chef in a professional setting, preferably in Saudi Arabia or a Middle Eastern country. They must have strong culinary skills, be able to work well under pressure and be able to lead a team effectively. Additionally, they should be passionate about cooking and have excellent organizational skills.
