• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in software development, preferably in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with software development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
