Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant and will oversee all operations, staff, and services.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant setting. They should possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to manage a large team of staff. The candidate should have strong leadership abilities and be able to motivate a team to ensure all customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily restaurant operations such as hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Developing menus and managing food supplies
- Ensuring quality service standards are maintained at all times
- Maintaining health and safety regulations within the premises
- Responding to customer queries or complaints in a timely manner

The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work flexible hours when necessary.
