Construction Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination and control of construction projects from beginning to end.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and be capable of managing a team of engineers, architects and other specialists. We are also open to candidates with foreign experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Develop detailed plans, scheduling and budgets for construction projects;
- Monitor progress and ensure that quality standards are met;
- Ensure that all health, safety, environmental and legal regulations are adhered to;
- Supervise the selection and management of contractors;
- Liaise with public authorities, subcontractors and other stakeholders;
- Monitor progress against agreed targets;
- Provide reports on progress to senior management.
