Office Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a talented office manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of office management and sufficient administrative skills. The salary of this position is 1000, and we are willing to consider foreigners for the job.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should be able to manage daily operational activities of the office, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls and emails, setting up meetings, organizing documents and filing systems, and coordinating with other departments. Furthermore, they should be able to use different software programs such as MS Office Suite proficiently.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to importance. They should also be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. A minimum of 1 year of work experience is preferred but not required.
