Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing operations, and ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role and will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Manage staff, assign tasks and monitor performance
• Resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
• Develop processes to improve efficiency within the organization
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed at all times
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials
• Prepare reports on performance metrics for senior management

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Good understanding of safety protocols
