We are looking for a qualified and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an exciting and challenging work environment, with a competitive salary of 1300.

The ideal Supervisor candidate should have at least one year of experience in supervising and organizing production lines. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities are running smoothly and efficiently while meeting our quality standards. You will be required to manage the allocated staff, assign tasks, maintain a safe working environment and provide performance feedback.

Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate your team to produce high quality results in a timely manner. You should also possess knowledge of product specifications, safety regulations as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The supervisor position is open to foreigners or locals with exceptional qualifications.
