We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role and be based in Abu Dhabi. The Supervisor is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the business, including the management of personnel and resources.

The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization. They must be able to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer service. They must have a strong understanding of the business operations, policies and procedures as well as local regulations and laws.

The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, motivating them to achieve set targets, providing assistance with problem solving, resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring all safety standards are met by staff members, creating an environment which promotes learning and development as well as addressing any disciplinary issues that may arise.

The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month with potential for growth depending on performance. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the required qualifications.
