We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff performance and motivating team members to reach their goals. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be able to take initiative, multitask and manage time efficiently.

The Supervisor will be expected to provide direction to ensure the completion of daily tasks, monitor employee performance and provide feedback, ensure adherence to company policy, manage resources efficiently, mentor and train new staff members, develop relationships with customers and vendors, resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, prepare reports on employee performance and productivity as required, and review workflow processes for efficiency.
