We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Optometrist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent eye care services to our patients, including eye examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of vision problems. The Optometrist will also be responsible for fitting contact lenses and glasses, as well as providing advice on general eye care. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month and are open to considering immigrants for the position.

Job Description

The Optometrist will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction tests and visual field tests. They will diagnose any problems with the patient’s eyesight or vision and provide suitable treatments or referrals as necessary. They will also fit contact lenses and glasses according to the patient’s prescription. The Optometrist will provide advice on general eye care, such as how to look after contact lenses, how often they should have their eyes tested, and when they should seek help from an optician.

Needs for the Candidate

• A valid license or certificate from the relevant authorities
• Previous experience working in optometry is desirable but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
