We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high quality coffee. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee to customers in accordance with company standards.

The Barista is expected to be proficient in all areas of coffee preparation, from selecting the right blend, grinding and tamping, to frothing the milk and pouring the espresso correctly. They should also be able to suggest drinks to customers and upsell various products. A successful candidate will need to keep up with current trends in coffee and have excellent knowledge of different brewing methods.

The role also involves maintaining a clean working environment and cash handling responsibilities when needed. The Barista should have great communication skills, be able to work well with others, handle pressure calmly, and take initiative when needed.
