Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages as requested by customers. The ideal candidate should have work experience as a Barista or in a related field, although we are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take drink orders.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages as requested.
• Follow recipes accurately to prepare drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, etc.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Detail-oriented and reliable individual with good problem-solving skills.
