Secretary Position - Abu Dhabi


We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Secretary in Abu Dhabi, offering a salary of 1500. We are open to hiring candidates from abroad with no experience. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced professional environment.



Job Description


The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, organizing files, and preparing documents. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to multitask effectively. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities



  • Answer phones and take messages

  • Organize files and prepare documents for meetings

  • Update databases with current information

  • Handle requests from clients and customers

  • Manage daily appointments and schedule meetings as required
