Waiter - Riyadh

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Riyadh. The salary is 1100, and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role. We expect minimal work experience.

Job Summary

The Waiter is responsible for greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. The Waiter will create a pleasant dining experience for customers by ensuring they receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the restaurant/bar


• Provide detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties


• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner


• Upsell additional products when appropriate


• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
• Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders promptly, checking with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course served.
