We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international cuisine, with experience in developing innovative menus that appeal to a variety of palates. They must be passionate about creating a stimulating and exciting culinary experience for our guests.

The Executive Chef will be in charge of the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards. They will lead the kitchen team to create exceptional dishes that are aesthetically pleasing as well as flavorful. Additionally, they will develop creative menus based on seasonal ingredients and local flavors while monitoring costs to ensure profitability.

The successful candidate must have an advanced degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience leading a kitchen at an executive level. They must also possess excellent leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. Additionally, they should have an eye for detail when it comes to food presentation and be knowledgeable about food trends and different cuisines from around the world.
