Welder Vacancy in Sharjah

We are looking for a Welder with minimal work experience to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for welding metal parts together to form complete components and structures, using various welding equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Follow safety precautions and use protective gear while working
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the specific welding requirements
• Analyze engineering drawings to plan layout, assembly and welding operations
• Prepare, cut and clean materials to be welded
• Use manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
• Monitor the fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of material
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
• Inspect grooves, angles and gap allowances with precision instruments such as micrometers

Requirements:
• Minimum work experience required in the same field
• Ability to understand technical documents such as blueprints or specifications
• Knowledge of different metals, their properties & appropriate temperatures for cutting & welding them
• Proven experience in using manual tools (saws, squares etc.) as well as power tools (drills, grinders etc.)
