Job Description:

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medication and other healthcare products to customers, as well as verifying their safety and efficacy. They will also need to maintain records of medications dispensed as well as provide information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Review prescriptions and verify accuracy in accordance with standards
• Dispense prescribed medications and other healthcare products
• Offer advice about prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications
• Provide information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage
• Ensure that all medicines are stored safely and securely
• Monitor patient drug therapies by reviewing patient drug regimens for safety, effectiveness, cost containment, appropriateness of dosage forms, compliance with professional standards and company policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field required; current licensure as a Pharmacist in Sharjah must be obtained prior to taking the job • Knowledge of good pharmacy practice including medication safety protocols • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Commitment to providing excellent customer service • Previous work experience is preferred but not required
