We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a prestigious establishment and offer guests an exquisite selection of wines that best suit their palates.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience working as a sommelier and possess extensive knowledge of the world’s finest wines. They should be confident in their ability to create customized menus and advise guests about their selection, serving methods, and food pairing options. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

The successful applicant must also have a working knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding alcohol consumption and be able to ensure that all guests are served responsibly. Additionally, they should have exemplary organizational skills as they will be responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory levels, ordering new wine selections as needed, and maintaining control over their budgeted expenses.
