Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and organized Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the human resources department, as well as developing and implementing strategies for recruitment, training, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, onboarding/orientation
• Conduct performance reviews
• Oversee employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Monitor employee attendance and performance
• Provide guidance to managers on all matters related to HR management
• Support employees with relevant training programs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
• At least 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources Management.
• Proven knowledge of UAE labor laws. • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
