Are you looking for a challenging opportunity in Abu-Dhabi? We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Human Resources and be able to think strategically, while also being able to manage day-to-day operations of the department.

We are offering a salary of 1700 AED and are willing to consider immigrants for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Developing and maintaining HR policies, processes and procedures in line with local labor laws.
2. Conducting employee orientations, onboarding new employees, and managing the exit process of outgoing staff members.
3. Developing training programs, handling payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and creating reports on various HR activities as needed.
4. Keeping up to date with local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current legislation.
5. Overseeing recruitment activities such as job postings, interviewing candidates, selecting new hires, and developing performance evaluations.
6. Responding to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures and resolving any issues that may arise in the workplace.
7. Conducting research on best practices in human resources management as required by the organization’s management team.
8. Building relationships with external partners such as recruiting agencies, training providers, etc., if necessary

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 -2 years of work experience in Human Resources Management or a related field as well as excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data entry capabilities necessary for this role. Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred but not required for this position; however, it is essential that you possess strong interpersonal skills so that you can build relationships quickly with new team members while also maintaining professional boundaries when necessary among existing staff members within the organization.
