Restaurant Manager in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be willing to work with an international team. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position and offer a salary of 1100 AED per month.

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including hiring and training staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere, meeting customer needs, setting performance goals, and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. In addition, they will ensure that all food safety regulations are followed and that quality standards are met.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. They must have excellent people management skills as well as strong organizational and communication abilities. They must also be highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
