Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi


We are looking for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to work in our established restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will perform the following duties: overseeing all operational activities within the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, setting goals for staff and monitoring their performance, controlling expenditures, ordering supplies, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to and managing staff.



Requirements


The successful candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management or a related field. Previous experience as a restaurant manager is not required but preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to provide effective leadership and motivate team members, be well organized with strong problem-solving abilities and be proficient in budgeting.
