Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our business and providing strategic guidance to ensure our goals are achieved. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude. We are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience in the field; however, training will be provided to ensure that the job is done properly.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Managing staff and resources
• Assigning tasks and ensuring that they are completed on time
• Monitoring performance and making sure that targets are met
• Actively participating in marketing activities
• Making sure that customer service is of the highest quality
• Establishing relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Manager or similar role (not required for immigrants)
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
