Barista Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Job Summary

The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee beverages, as well as taking orders and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should be knowledgeable about different types of coffee, and able to suggest different flavors or pairings depending on the customer's preferences. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils
• Take customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to their questions in an engaging manner
• Suggest food pairings or flavor combinations based on customer’s preferences
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
