Job Description

• Map and measure land, buildings, and other structures using surveying instruments


• Keep up-to-date records of surveys


• Analyze aerial photographs, satellite data, or other topographic information to plan survey operations


• Perform mathematical calculations related to surveys


• Provide advice on land boundary issues or other related matters


• Prepare detailed reports of survey results and findings

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geomatics engineering is preferred.




• Experience:
  No prior work experience is required; however, any previous experience will be considered an asset.




• Skills:
  Excellent mathematical skills; proficiency in the use of surveying instruments; knowledge of land laws and regulations; strong analytical and problem solving abilities; attention to detail; excellent communication skills.
