We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Set and achieve high standards of customer service; ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on a regular basis.
• Train new staff on restaurant policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels; order supplies when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries/complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare reports on sales, profits, cash flow, etc., as required by upper management.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
