Restaurant Manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial management.

The Restaurant Manager will need to be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and staff, as well as have strong problem-solving skills. They should also be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.

The main duties of the Restaurant Manager will include: ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service; supervising the activities of employees; managing budgets; maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; providing training to new employees; resolving customer complaints; implementing marketing strategies; and scheduling shifts.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Previous experience in restaurant management is desired but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1300 per month.
